These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any digital or physical gaming products from our online store.By accessing our site or buying our gear, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform (and may your frame rates suffer elsewhere).

1. General ConditionsBy agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (especially if you cheat in multiplayer games).You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from GameGear.

2. Products, Pricing, and AvailabilityPricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to avoid typos, but if a legendary gaming mouse is listed for $0.01 by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order.Availability: High-demand items (like next-gen consoles or limited-edition GPUs) may be subject to stock limits. We limit quantities per person, per household, or per order to keep things fair for real gamers and stop scalper bots.

3. Digital Goods and Pre-OrdersDigital Keys: Game keys, DLCs, and gift cards are delivered electronically. Once a digital key has been revealed or redeemed, it is non-refundable.Pre-Orders: When you pre-order a game or hardware, you will be charged at the time of checkout. Release dates are subject to change by the developers/manufacturers (don’t blame us for delays!).

4. Shipping and Returns (Physical Goods)Shipping: We ship at the speed of a pro-player’s reflexes, but delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and local post orcs.Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return physical hardware or merchandise. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived broken, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Account SecurityIf you create an account at GameGear, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.Note: “Password123” or “Hunter2” are not secure passwords. If someone hacks your account because your password was weak, GameGear cannot be held responsible for lost loyalty points or items.

6. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to use our site to:Engage in any fraudulent activity or scams.Upload viruses, malicious code, or anything that could brick our servers.Use automated bots to scrape our store or buy out inventory.

7. Limitation of LiabilityGameGear provides this platform “as is.” We do not guarantee that your gaming skills will improve by using our gear. In no event shall GameGear, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, rage-quitting or broken monitors caused by difficult boss fights).
